Mark has extensive experience in South America, having lived and worked in Brazil from 1987 to 1992, and continuing with the responsibilities for the Goodman Fielder's food businessin the region until 2002. After working in Philadelphia, USA from 1999 to 2002, he returned to Australia as Managing Director of Meat and Livestock Australia, the marketing and R&D Service Company representing the Australian cattle, sheep and goat industries.
Mark was a committee member and treasurer of the ABCC from 1995 - 1999 and other international directorships have included the Australia-Japan Business Council, International Meat secretariat and the Gelatin Manufacturers Institute of America.
